Refunds and Returns

Should you for any reason not be satisfied, please return your goods and we will refund or exchange any product you send back to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, postage is non-refundable unless the product is faulty/damaged.

(Photographic evidence may be required for damaged/faulty goods) Regrettably we can also take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit.

Delivery

Postage is quoted for deliveries within Mainland UK. For delivery elsewhere please contact us for a delivery quote.

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email to let you know it is on its way

We re-cycle and re-use all packing materials where possible.

Orders

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 – 5 working days by DPD or Royal Mail (UK deliveries) in normal conditions. In the unlikely event of you not having received your order after 7 working days, please call us [email protected]

If you are buying a pre-order sale item, please be informed you will receive an email detailing when the product will be delivered.

If you do require your order by a particular date, please make a note in the comments section at the check out and we will contact you if we are unable to deliver by this date.

When you place your order we require your personal details to process the order. As well as your name, and address details we need a contact telephone number and an email address so that we can get in touch with you in case there are any problems.

If there are any problems with your order due to stock unavailability, payment or postage issues, or any errors in pricing or description we will contact you by email before the order is dispatched.
